In Shift Ed, we write about a number of ways in which the world has changed – and education hasn’t.  Naturally, we aren’t the only ones focused on this topic. Even as David was writing many of the posts that would form the basis for The Shift Age, educators Karl Fisch and Scott McLeod posted the original version of “Did You Know” a video that was to become highly popular on YouTube. While already more than a year old at the time of this post, the most recent version “Did You Know 4.0” still provides a great, brief snapshot of the world in which we now live.  It’s a must see for those who have not yet seen it, and a great reminder for those who have.
